## The Family Estate & Legacy Program (FELP) - Seven Steps

2. **Goals & Responsibility Conversation** - Initial conference to identify client goals, concerns, and decision-makers for incapacity and death scenarios.
3. **Design** - Collaborative design of a will or trust package tailored to the client's family, financial situation, and goals. Fixed fee quote provided at this stage.
4. **Document Builder** - Drafting of legal documents with easy-to-read flowcharts and summaries; revisions addressed before finalization.
5. **Advisor Coordinator** - Option to include the client's CPA, financial advisor, or other trusted advisors in the planning process.
6. **Asset Alignment** - The firm works directly with clients, financial institutions, and banks to ensure assets are properly titled into trusts (unlike firms that merely provide instruction sheets).
7. **Client Care** - One free year in the Client Care Program, which monitors legal and tax changes and keeps asset titling current as clients acquire new accounts or assets.
