Admitted to FL and Federal Bar and practiced law with The Sheppard Law Firm continuously from July 1,1973 through Dec 31, 2018. Became full Partner Jan. 1, 1977. Practice centered on commercial real estate transactions, estate planning/estate and trust administration, and commercial litigation (1973- 1984).
Served 14 year term as Member of Board of Directors of SW Florida Community Foundation (Chair 2009-2011); currently “Senior Advisor”
Served as Member then Chair of 20th Judicial Circuit Ethics Committee (1985-1988)
Served as Member then Chair of 20th Judicial Circuit Nominating Commission (1989 –1992)
Founding Member of Board of Directors of Florida Gulf Bank (2002 -2012)
Founding Member of Board of Directors of City of Palms Basketball Classic (1988-2000)
Served as Administrative Hearing Examiner for Lee County School Board (1976-1980)
